2. Description of Service

DailyResumeDrop provides an AI-powered document generation tool utilizing industry-leading Enterprise AI models. We assist users in dynamically tailoring their pre-existing resume data to specific job descriptions.

Disclaimer of Outcomes: DailyResumeDrop is a technological tool, not a recruiting agency. We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) circumvention.

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Our services are billed on a "Credit" based system processed securely via Stripe.

• Purchased credits grant access to our AI generation endpoints.
• Once a credit is consumed by successfully generating a document, it is strictly non-refundable due to the immediate hard costs we incur from our AI provider.
• If a technical error on our side prevents a document from generating, the credit will not be deducted, or we will manually refund/restore the credit upon request.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree not to use DailyResumeDrop to generate fraudulent documents, impersonate others, or submit falsified historical data. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the AI-generated resumes before distributing them to potential employers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyResumeDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including lost wages or employment opportunities.
