- Resume Data: The historical resumes, job descriptions, and personal professional data you upload for processing.
- Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is strictly used to deliver the core functionality of our application:
- To synthesize a securely encrypted "Master Resume Vault" to enable 1-click tailored generations.
- To generate customized PDF resumes based on submitted job descriptions utilizing proprietary and third-party Enterprise AI Models.
- To prevent fraud, analyze usage, and improve our services.
We do not, and will never, sell your personal data or resumes to data brokers or third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your Master Resume Vault and generated documents are stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases (Vercel KV). You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
4. Third-Party Partners
We share data with trusted third parties strictly to provide our service:
- Enterprise AI Partners: For processing resume text and synthesizing technical narratives. Data is transmitted securely via enterprise APIs (we do not use public chat interfaces).
- Clerk: For secure authentication and user management.
- Stripe: For secure payment and credit transaction processing.
